Please thoughtfully complete the application linked below. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email invitation to our upcoming Parent Info meeting along with other helpful information. 

Summer camps for 3-11 years olds begin June 9th and end August 8th. Please email us at admin@foothillsforestschool.org to request a summer camp calendar and handbook. You can find application details and the link to the application under "Application Process"

Daily rhythm 

8:30-9:15am Child Directed Explorations & Observations

9:15-9:45am Morning Gathering (songs, games, reminders, information sharing)

9:45-10am  Snack

10:00-11:45am Hike/Explore/Teacher Initiated Activity

11:45-12:15pm Picnic Lunch (using blankets)

12:15-12:30pm Storytelling/Puppet Show

12:30-1:15pm Hike back to meeting spot

1:15-1:30pm Afternoon Gathering/Reflection Discussion

The 2025-26 school year begins August 11th. We are working on the calendar and it will be linked here ASAP.

Please email us to receive a copy of our parent handbook. This is a comprehensive description of our programming, policies, and procedures. 

This contract is required for enrollment. The document describes the payment provisions, attendance policies and procedures, and other admission agreements. There are agreements for families who choose a 5-day per week schedule. 3 and 4-day contracts are available upon request. Please email us for a copy.

This is a standard liability waiver common to outdoor programs, sports camps, etc. This document is required upon enrollment. 

Upon enrollment, please fill out an emergency card for your child(ren). 

A recent photo of your child is required.
